As the seasons change here in the Lakes District so does the scenery.

This gallery is our attempt to share the beauty of the scenery which surrounds us combined with events which occur throughout the year .

We cover the Red Deer in Martindale valley which has been home to one of the oldest native Red Deer Herds in England for over 300 years.

The storms of 2015 which caused such devastation in our area and the snows that followed.
The reroofing of the Hotel in 2014 and the fantastic yew tree which grows in Martindale Old Church.
